Fixed some known issues, including:

1. PID lock mode causes decoding issue(macroblocking, glitches).

2. Decoding any of service that are part of MPTS causes decoding problem.

3. Zixi Connection/TS Sync False Alarms.

4. Frame rate is incorrectly identified, resulting in a flickering screen when decoding output to HDMI.
